What is a Senior's Real Estate Specialist (SRES)?

SRES® designees have specialized training and experience in seniors real estate, including:

• Helping you manage the financial and emotional challenges of selling a long-held family home
• Understanding your unique needs and creating a customized plan to ensure a stress-free transition.
• Utilizing specialized knowledge of senior-friendly condos, townhouses, and assisted living options in the Tricities.
• Connecting you with their vast network of handymen, movers, home inspectors, and other experts to help you through the process

Tracey and Krista have been educating Seniors about Real Estate since 2010 and received their SRES designation in 2012 from the Senior’s Real Estate Specialist Council and the National Association of Realtors. For the past 10 years they have regularly hosted educational events for seniors at Glen Pine Pavilion and Dogwood Pavilion and are often guest speakers at various RBC community events.

Having helped dozens of Seniors (including their own parents) through the transition of downsizing, Tracey and Krista understand the emotional and logistical challenges involved. Being trusted to help someone navigate such an important transition is truly an honour. They take great pride in offering Seniors and their families a patient ear, honest advice, and a light-hearted approach to downsizing to a new home.
